No, this is a solo practice. I personally handle all communication, scheduling, and billing. When you reach out, you’re speaking directly with me, and I’m the one who will be working with you every step of the way.

You can use the out-of-network reimbursement calculator to get an individualized estimate of what your costs will be using your out-of-network benefits! If you have out-of-network benefits, they typically will reimburse you for 60-80% of the cost of each session. If you’d like, I will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf via Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits. My office is located in Blacksburg, Virginia. I provide in-person sessions to local folks and can provide teletherapy to clients located anywhere in Virginia and Vermont.

I require 24 hours notice to cancel your session or you will still be charged for the time.

Literally anything and everything, nothing is off limits. I want you to feel comfortable using our sessions in a way that feels right and helpful for you.

Complete the work with me form and I will respond to you within 48 hours. If it seems like we’re a good fit and our schedules align, I will respond with some appointment options. Once we confirm a time, I will send you a welcome email that includes a link to your client portal.
